Reflexology is an ancient complimentary therapy treatment, which highlights certain areas of the body that have blockages (e.g - crystals on the lung area of the foot can be associated with asthma and breathing difficulties and by removing these crystals, your asthma symptoms can be improved.) By using specific acupressure techniques to the entire feet, (which contain a learnt map of the body); I can consequently clear those energy blockages, restoring balance and wellbeing. This treatment includes a pre and post foot massage with beautiful essential oils; to enhance your overall health and wellbeing.
